    Navigate to dashboard and add Plugin for installation, after installation it will create its Database tables with your WordPress prefix. You will have to setup Twilio.

    The Most Important Part of System is Twilio You need to create its account to make Calls, You will find your sid and token in your Twilio account tab. paste those sid and token in application under “Settings” tab to get started


    Twilio is a GateWay to handle Call operation through your install/WordPress.

    It is essential for you to set up a Twilio account prior using the Application Plugin, as Buying new number or assigning numbers during installation is not possible if you do not have a Twilio account with Application Plugin.

    After Setting your twilio sid and token you will need to buy a number for your install that would be your sender and recipient number for Pluging, you can buy as many numbers as you want.

    Searching by area code.

    You can use your existing number.

    Listing IVRs Setup IVR

    You can add widgets through drag and drop method or by clicking on to them.

    After completion hit save button.

    Setup Text Greetings

    The Widget provides you with three different greeting options.1. Text 2. MP3 3. Recording To add text greeting option just add the greeting message content in the given area after selecting TEXT option.

    Setup MP3 Greetings

    In MP3 Greetings you can use an existing uploaded mp3 files from list.

    Setup Recorded Greetings

    Recorded Greetings setup is same as mp3 file procedure, you can use an existing recorded file from list.

    Setup SMS

    You can also send an SMS message during your IVR call, for that add number and message content in the given area as mentioned below.

    Setup Email

    The Application Plugin also allows you to send an E-mail during the IVR call. You can add the E-mail Address, Subject and Message Content in the given area as shown below.

    Setup Call Forward

    User can also forward the incoming call to some specific number given in the Plugin. For that you need to add the Whisper Text and Forward Number in the given space as shown below.

    Setup Recording

    You can also Record a message during the IVR call, for that you need to select the Record widget.

    Setup Menus

    You can add nested menus in IVR, with these menus you can ask automated questions, run polls, voting or whatever you may have in your mind.

    For an instance if you want to make a nested menu to navigate the caller to some specific department you can make a menu as given under.

    Setup HangUp

    To end the IVR call, you can add Hang Up widget at the end.

    Woo Commerce Order Information

    You can add Woo Commerce Order Info widget to provide order information to caller. You can place IVR number on your website so your customer can get the order current order status while pressing order number. When caller press order number system will return himthe status of order like Your order current status is “Process” or your order is in Shipping now etc. you can customse the status text. The example of order text customization is mentioned below.“Your order status is status . Thank you.”

    Listing Audios

    You can view the list of existing MP3 files or upload new MP3 files from “MP3” option.

    You can also edit and delete files by clicking on edit, delete buttons.

    Listing Recordings

    You can View existing list of Recordings or add new Recording Files to the list through “Recording” option.

    You can also edit and delete recordings by clicking on edit, delete buttons.

    Call History

    The application Widget also allows the user to take a look at all the calls history through its history option, as shown under.
